Who remembers taking required self-temperature checks for work?

Came across this selfie I took (required might I add) that I had to do daily for a temp gig I did June 2020 (3 months after Covid hit). I was glad I had purchased the thermometer that you don't have to put in your mouth (instead press a button on your forehead) shortly after Covid hit before I had this gig.

Masks aren't just worn for Covid prevention for some...

When I was at Fred Meyer's front inside entrance where the shopping carts are before entering the store this past Friday night, I smiled at an older white woman who was leaving. I had on my usual maximum protection re-usable mask with filters (my first mask I got when Covid first hit over 5 years ago) and she smiled and came by to chat with me on her way out. She had no mask on, but told me that if she wore her mask that would be her plan to rob the store because nobody would recognize her (she was joking). She then proceeded to tell how that when she wore her mask the last time she was at Fred Meyer, a couple of people said "Hi" and greeted her by name and recognized her so, there went that plan.                                                              I think you'd have to wear more like these types of masks (shown above) to ro...

I bought this today at Costco to have "just in case"

I bought this today, (Mon. 9/22/25) at Costco to have "just in case" (chicken soup is great for when you get sick: colds, flus, or Covid). It was $6 off ($7.99 total with tax) regularly $13.99 for 8 cans. Below is a photo of the specs for this healthy and tasty chicken soup Remember when Covid hit for the first time and everyone was stocking up on things?
