Covid-19 Awareness & Support

Gargling with antiseptic mouthwash is a great way to kill germs in your mouth, the prevention of Covid, & keeping your mouth fresh! 🙂 It's recommended to rinse your mouth with this if you've been out/around others (NOT just when you regularly brush your teeth) , however, I'd also add, gargle in your throat with this, too (up to 3 times) when you're rinsing your mouth after being out/around others. I dilute mine with water in my cup so it's not too strong, however, make sure you put enough mouthwash so that your mouth has that fresh feeling & it's  not too diluted with water. When I last ordered a carry out pizza from Papa John's, I paid for my pizza over the phone PRIOR to picking it up in person to pay. Why? So, that when I enter the establishment, I can receive my pizza from the counter & leave quicker than paying at the counter & have a potential customer come up behind me & get most likely too close for my comfort (Covid spread).

My chiropractor asked me a great question: How I stay moisturized (since he knows I'm always washing my hands & sanitizing my hands) to prevent Covid. Here are some tips so that you can keep washing your hands & sanitizing your hands to prevent getting & spreading Covid: 1. Wear dish gloves when washing dishes (as you may know the more your hands touch water & soap, the more it'll dry out) to protect your hands.
