Further support of what I implemented shortly after Covid hit in my home

Shortly after Covid hit, I put paper towels in my guest bathroom for guests to use after they washed their hands after arriving at my home. I knew without doing any research that germs would be less spread this way versus re-using the same towel. Further support of my belief happened when I watched a 2019 episode of my favorite TV game show "Common Knowledge" where "drying your hands on paper towels reduces bacteria by 71% versus using an air dryer, which only reduces it by 23%."

Leftover different types of lung teas I took to help recover after I had Covid

To assist with the long-term breathing problems I had when recovering from Covid, I took a picture of the leftover different types of lung teas I still have in my pantry (BELOW). I liked the "Lung Soother" (tea that's pictured in the middle of the other teas) best with regard to taste especially after letting it steep for awhile (when the taste of the tea intensifies) it's still good. These teas were bought off of Amazon. The price of the Lung Soother tea was in the $6 range. I have this leftover Mucus Relief Maximum Strength tablets (BELOW) from when I had Covid. I don't think they did much, but when I checked the expiration on it today (it's still good until 3/2025). I won't photograph other healthy breathing supplements (tablet form) that I took as I no longer have and besides I honestly think the lung teas (which are supplements as well) are the most beneficial. The Breather

The Breather (BELOW) is a drug free way to exercise your lungs (I used several times a day when recovering from Covid). It has different levels of resistance that you work up to (similar to how one would when using hand weights when exercising). You can adjust the "inhale" and "exhale" resistance levels on the device to your comfort level. You have to wash the Breather daily with soap and water (I used dish soap & dish sponge) and you can wipe it down (however, letting it air dry like you would dishes, for example) lets it dry in the interior so when you use next you won't be sucking in water drops (when inhaling in & out). I could notice the difference when it was still wet on the inside (even when exhaling with the Breather if it was wet). 2 Covid prevention tips

Covid prevention tip #1:  Either have antibacterial hand wipes OR hand sanitizer spray OR gel (minimally on you at all times) so that you can quickly disinfect hands after touching commonly touched surfaces in public/NOT have to touch commonly touched surfaces in public (i.e. if you use the hand wipe as a barrier when touching commonly touched surfaces such as doorknobs or pin pads at checkout). Well known brands for antibacterial hand wipes are "Wet Ones" and "Purell", of course store brand wipes work as well. Covid prevention tip #2:  To further support my point in Covid prevention tip #1, I was at Walgreens tonight and I thought I'd use the hand wipes that they provide in store since it'd be quicker to grab than my wipes in my bag (for wiping the shopping cart). I expected the first wipe or 2 to be dry, but even after grabbing a few, they were all so dry that I dug out my hand wipes (see photo below) that I got for the first time (first time I've eve...
