Some other easy tips to prevent Covid spread

 Some other easy, quick, and inexpensive ways to prevent Covid spread:

1) I keep my Driver's License and account # card for financial institution in individual sandwich bags so that when it gets handed to the teller and then handed back to me.

2) I also grab future deposit slips at my financial institution when I'm at the drive-thru for future use because how one of my financial institutions has it set up is in ONE booklet that you have to tear off. By ripping off future deposit slips, that is LESS times I have to keep touching the ONE booklet in the drive-thru container that many others touch when doing drive-thru deposits and withdrawals. It also gives it MORE time to sit in my car (the ripped off deposit slips) until future use (more time to die if it did have any contagious germs on it).

3) Obviously going through the drive-thru at a bank or credit union reduces Covid spread and you don't have to wear your PPE (mask and face shield) 🙂 since you're NOT going near anyone.

I bought this today at Costco to have "just in case"

I bought this today, (Mon. 9/22/25) at Costco to have "just in case" (chicken soup is great for when you get sick: colds, flus, or Covid). It was $6 off ($7.99 total with tax) regularly $13.99 for 8 cans. Below is a photo of the specs for this healthy and tasty chicken soup Remember when Covid hit for the first time and everyone was stocking up on things? Hand air dryers in public restrooms should be avoided at all costs

In case you didn't learn this LONG before Covid-19, hand air dryers that are in public restrooms to dry your hands after washing should be avoided at all costs. According to a Harvard Health blog article dated May 11, 2018, bacteria is multiplied from the bathroom air which dirties up your hands when you use the hand air dryers on your hands (with only minimal amounts of bacteria on the nozzles of the air dryers). According to this blog, researchers attached high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters to the dryers, which would eliminate most of the bacteria from the air passing through the dryer. When they exposed petri dishes to air from the hand dryers again, the quantity of bacteria in the dishes had fallen by 75%. They concluded that most of the bacterial splatter from the hand dryers had come from the washroom air such as when toilets are flushed with an open lid.
